About the worship band

The praise and worship ministry in Abundant Life is led by Martin and Sarah Legge, and boasts a mixed team from many cultures.
The band varies from week to week, but is dominated by guitars, plus keyboards, drums and of course singers.
The material is drawn from a variety of modern worship sources such as Tomlin, Redman, Hughes, Hillsongs, Integrity and Vineyard. We also use worshipful material from some Christian contemporary bands such as Leeland and Bluetree. The occasional traditional hymn adds to the spectrum.
The culture of worship is growing and developing in the team and in the church, and as this site grows we hope you will catch something of the spirit of worship we try to foster. Whether in praise or in worship, we encourage people to be honest and vulnerable, to express themselves with passion and creativity, and to draw near to God with a thankful heart. He alone is King and Lord of all and worthy to be praised.
