Awakenings Youth Group

Ministry to young people during their formative teenage years is essential to the future of our church, city and nation.

Our aim at Awakenings is to HELP teenagers KNOW Christ, DEVELOP a relationship with Him and LIVE a life of WORSHIP to God.

Awakenings seeks to challenge and encourage teenagers within the church, as well as reach out and present God’s love to those who do not know God in a personal way.

SPECIAL! - this week's guest speaker is Terry Munnelly, a passionate Dub with an amazing story of a transformed life!

Our youth leaders provide a steady hand during the turbulent years of a student’s life. We provide a weekly time of fellowship, worship, and discipleship, as well as offering young people the chance to grow and serve through their own gifts, talents, and ministry opportunities.
Awakenings start on Friday’s with Sport, Music and Drama.
Participants in Awakenings come from many different backgrounds and include various nationalities. It is inter-denominational and welcomes those from the local community. We appreciate the gracious support of Christchurch Methodist/Presbyterian church, who partner with us in this work, and other local Christian churches.

Awakenings meets every Friday at 7.30pm at Abundant Life, Post Office Lane, Limerick.(School term time only). All Secondary School Students are welcome.
